. General Acceptance
By engaging M RATES GREEN UAE for any service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between M RATES GREEN UAE and the client.
2. Scope of Services
M RATES GREEN UAE provides expertise and assistance in the following areas:
- Driving Licence Documentation
- Family Visa Services and Renewals
- Document Attestation and Legalization
- Certified Legal Translation
- PRO Services and Business Setup (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
Crucially, M RATES GREEN UAE acts as a facilitator and consultant. We prepare, submit, and manage documentation on your behalf, but the final outcome is determined by the relevant UAE government authorities (e.g., RTA, GDRFA, MOFA, Courts).
3. Client Obligations
a. Document Validity: The client must provide all requested documents and information accurately, completely, and truthfully. All documents submitted must be valid and legally obtained. b. Fees and Payment: The client agrees to pay all quoted service fees, government fees, and any agreed-upon third-party costs (such as attestation fees) as per the agreed-upon payment schedule. Packages starting from AED 2555 (for Driving Licence) include a full cost breakdown with no hidden fees. c. Cooperation: The client must cooperate fully with M RATES GREEN UAE’s team, including prompt responses to requests for additional information or clarification.
4. Approvals, Processing Times, and Liability
a. Government Approval: All services are subject to the review and final approval of the relevant UAE government authorities. b. Timelines: Any stated processing times are estimates only, based on typical authority workflows and M RATES GREEN UAE’s network and experience. We cannot guarantee exact timelines, as processing depends entirely on external government agencies. c. Liability Limitation: M RATES GREEN UAE is not liable for: * Any delays, fines, or changes to requirements imposed by government authorities. * The rejection of an application or document by a government authority. * Any financial losses incurred by the client due to external delays or rejections. * Loss or damage to original documents while in the possession of an external authority (MOFA, Embassy, etc.).
5. Confidentiality
All personal information and documents provided by the client to M RATES GREEN UAE are treated with strict confidentiality and will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the requested services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to the provision of services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
